First experience calling Maximum Roofing, but they will definitely be my new first call for all roofing projects. (A few shingles had blown off)Sean acted quickly to avoid rainy weather coming, and the repair was offered at a lower price than other roofers I called. I picked Sean for the job because he was able to send someone to come out for the repair within a day! I was so impressed with the service I received, that I asked for a price to strip the problem side of my roof, and replace plywood, and re-shingle to avoid future shingles getting blown off due to aging wood.The price I was given surprised me. I know the price of materials these days, and these guys offer a really fair all-in simple price on their quotes. Prices are fair, they honour their quotes, straight forward & honest to deal with. “Renato and team were amazing! The day after we made our deposit our old roof started to leak again. We called Renato and the next day he came to do a temporary fix until the team could come out and give us our new roof! A couple of weeks later the team arrives and manages to complete basically the whole job and cleanup in a single day.

Our original quote assumed we wouldn’t need any plywood but after the old shingles were removed it didn’t look good. Renato felt bad but the work just couldn’t be guaranteed or the shingle warranty upheld without the new plywood. We gave the go ahead. By the afternoon we noticed Renato’s team decided to re-shingle our backyard shed.. I guess they felt bad about the plywood! Amazing customer service!

Afterwards, They did a thorough walk around the house 3 times to ensure no nails or shingle pieces were left anywhere. The company offered to send someone out to come and look at it, but cautioned on the phone that realignment wasn't the standard practice, but that they were happy to take a look and let us know our options. David was our specialist who came out, and he was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He showed up on time within their projected window, and did a thorough assessment of our eavestrough. What we appreciated about David was that he was honest and transparent about the state of our eavestrough.
