We needed someone to visit our elderly parents weekly to be our "eyes on the ground". My parents formed a close bond with one staff member who came twice weekly for over a year. He was kind, reliable, completely trustworthy, and cared for my parents as if they were his own. We felt so relieved that he was in our lives, helping our parents with self care, walks, meds, etc.
They have now moved on to other care arrangements, but we always be grateful for the care we received from Right at Home.
John from Right at Home has taken a family member who is in long-term care to Hospital appointments on a number of occasions. John has been compassionate and gentle but at the same time prompt and efficient. I would highly recommend Right at Home. The service they provide is invaluable! Thank you John and Tracey.
