I can't thank Sheila so much for her time and energy that she gives each night at 9 PM. Her voice is so relaxing and refreshing. I am thanking you, Sheila, from the bottom of my heart for your magical powers of relaxing me and helping me fall asleep in peace.
Well first of all Sheilah is an amazing spirit and inspiration! Secondly, I have been to both Zumba and Yoga there and it is ALWAYS a warm, accepting, friendly and safe environment....you will have ZERO worries of feeling uncomfortable...all staff and patrons are welcoming and warm. Both Zumba instructors are high energy FUN!! excellent claases...I highly recommend going!!
