Your hours of operation online are incorrect. It indicates you are open on Sat until 1230 which you are not. This is not acceptable considering the nature of your practice and volatility of certain samples being dropped off in a timely fashion. This for some could be life threatening.
Lovely staff who gave a lot of care.
Efficient in getting people seen ASAP as walk-ins.
(Im not a fan of the grey and dark blue wall colours and lighting. I feel it would be better if the clinic could be more spacious, as it feels a bit crowded at busy times.)
I went to a LifeLabs location for INR blood work and was impressed by the professionalism and genuineness of the staff. They even went beyond my expectations by retrieving my requisition from their system when I forgot to bring it with me. Lisa, who performed the blood work, was great. I truly appreciate their hard work and professionalism, and wish that all LifeLabs locations were like this one.
