In a very timely manner someone came out to see what needed to be done. He gave us a number of suggestions on how to handle the problems but did not pressure us to do all that he suggested. We then got an estimate shortly thereafter. And the work itself was also scheduled soon after. Once the repairs were underway, the foreman explained exactly what they were doing and answered any questions we had.
