We recently needed some repair work to our garage roof. We had been waiting 2 months for a response from another company. We contacted Markelangelo's in desperation. In a very timely manner someone came out to see what needed to be done. He gave us a number of suggestions on how to handle the problems but did not pressure us to do all that he suggested. We then got an estimate shortly thereafter. And the work itself was also scheduled soon after. Once the repairs were underway, the foreman explained exactly what they were doing and answered any questions we had. I hired Markelangelo Roofing to update the insulation in my attic. The 2 man crew arrived on time at 7:30 AM and finished about 11:30 AM. They were very professional and cleaned up after the job was complete. My attic needed a lot of insulation plus soffit baffles. Also, the vent from the main bathroom was not actually connected to the roof vent. Instead it was connected via a duct loosely sitting on top of the soffit as was the ensuite bathroom. The crew added an insulated vent duct between the bathroom vent and the roof vent. The ensuite vent was left as is. They also added thick insulation to the attic hatch. Kevin,Steve and the entire crew at Markelangelos are worth every penny! Had a quote done on Wednesday and a new roof on Friday. Crew works like a well oil machine and doesn’t waste time. Will hire again for siding project in the forture!
