I recently had a new Furnace and AC unit installed by True North Home Comfort and I could not be happier!I had used a different service provider for nearly 30 years and I reached out to True North to get a comparitive quote. James came out the very next day and the office sent me the quote via email later that afternoon and followed up with a phone call to ensure I had received it. Very professional approach and great turn around time.The quote was very competitive and I decided to award the work to True North.On the day of the install, the multiple technicians showed up at 8:30am and completed the install by 2:30pm. After shopping around, we're so pleased with our choice to go with True North for our ductless split A/C and heating pump units after great impressions initially at the estimate stage to the very end of the job being complete.James is a true professional and expert and unlike other vendors we received quotes from, we could tell he was trustworthy as he made some great suggestions (even correcting the flaws in the other vendors' suggestions), was honest, upfront, transparent, and never tried to sell us something we didn't need or that was not the most optimal/economical option for us.
