Cracked check-value in back-up sump pump, in high-water area causing pumped out water to immediately re-enter the pit, pump cycling ever few seconds and spraying water everywhere.Call FR plumbing who were able to come out within an hour to address the issue, which was excellent due to the urgency of the issue. Resolved quickly. Once the fix was done, the now-proper water pressure revealed a secondary problem which took a little diagnostics, leading to discovery that the main sump pump check valve was not closing at all.All said and done, all now fixed properly. Job looks well done and it was a pleasant experience interacting with this company. Would use again for anything... read full review
