“I went in for my first time for a haircut last week, and it was a pretty nice experience. The place is a small, quaint space, and she is the only one who works there; therefore, you must see her by appointment because she can only 1 person in at a time since no one else works for her; this means you don't have to worry about sitting around amongst a bunch of customers with kids making a bunch of noise and chaos. It is nice and peaceful place. You even walk by an aquarium on the way to the salon! There is a window that looks out to the back that helps provide a nice atmosphere and natural lighting. Most importantly, you can feel safe with Shannon - not feel any judgement, no matter the condition of your hair; it is a safe and comfortable experience, and if you have any issues, you can talk it out with her, and she will do her best to make sure you are both happy. There is plenty of space for parking, and it is free! For the price and solid service, I would go back and recommend Shannon to anyone that hates crowds, like's privacy when getting their haircut/hair done or has kids and prefers or requires a quiet place with one on one care.“

It smelled so clean and very lemony. Exactly what I was looking for! I lit it when I got home and it smelled amazing! Very pleasant and knowledge about the ingredients as well!“

“I approached a woman in Foodland with beautiful hair colour and she told me about The Hair Pros and to see Grace. I'm sooo glad I asked! Grace did the most amazing job with my highlights and massive amount of thick curls. She completely listened to what I wanted and she nailed it. These are the best highlights and trim I've ever had and she did it in 2 hours instead of 3. I didn't even have to wet and restyle my bangs when I got home. “I got my hair done here for the first time yesterday and Meghan was the absolute best!! I came in unsure of what I wanted to do with my hair and was stuck between two completely different ideas. Meghan took the time to go through each of these ideas very carefully with me so that I could make the best decision. It was the end of the day and I was her last client but she never once made me feel rushed. I absolutely love the way my hair turned out - it might be my favourite colour yet! Meghan was so wonderful throughout the appointment and I will definitely be coming back to see her!
