I contacted William Roach 3 years ago to do a repair to some roof trusses on a home we had just purchased and that the home inspection noted that would need to be fixed to prevent issues in the future. We were so impressed with William on his Professionalism in doing the repair we decided to get him to quote on a new roof when we had a leak around our skylight. After getting several quotes we chose to use William based on his quote and previous work for us. We also chose to upgrade to a Metal Roof, price difference was reasonable considering the life of a metal roof over ashphalt shigles. Took 2 weeks to return my email asking for a quote. Then he finally came to measure my roof for an estimate, I was told the estimate would be emailed to me in 2 days...it's been 2 weeks and haven't recieved an email... read full review
