I contacted William Roach 3 years ago to do a repair to some roof trusses on a home we had just purchased and that the home inspection noted that would need to be fixed to prevent issues in the future. We were so impressed with William on his Professionalism in doing the repair we decided to get him to quote on a new roof when we had a leak around our skylight. After getting several quotes we chose to use William based on his quote and previous work for us. Just had the shingles replaced on our back shed. They also brought the roof thickness up to code and installed a vent. They arrived when they said they would and worked hard. They moved my garden lights and put them back when they were done. They covered the garden with tarps when removing the old shingles and when they were done, there was no mess left behind! No surprise costs, just paid what Will quoted! Friendly and polite! Great customer service! We highly recommend William Roach Construction in Cornwall, Ontario.
