In August 2025, I visited Techy for a phone repair for my sister’s device, which had stopped working. My sister has special needs, and her phone is her primary means of communication, so this was a critical issue for us. I worked with Ali, who was incredibly professional and accommodating. He was in the middle of another repair but offered to text me when he was done, allowing me to run errands. True to his word, he reached out promptly. Unfortunately, the phone was beyond repair, but Ali graciously offered to apply the repair cost toward a replacement phone in stock. I was extremely impressed with the great service. They listened to my concerns and acted on them. They showed incredible knowledge and got what I needed done in a reasonable time! I absolutely recommend Techy to anyone in need of a repair on a phone or laptop or looking for advice!
