I need to rave about the amazing service that I got at Stacy’s this morning! It saved me $300! I was there to buy a new wireless collar for my dog. The manager (Laura I think her name was) looked back through my account to make sure I was buying the one that matched my wireless unit and she noticed that the one I was currently using should still be under warranty. She hooked me up with the distributor and they’re sending me a new one! Also, she really patiently went through my account to help me find another product that I had previously used and liked for my dog (skunk shampoo). Stacey’s staff always goes out to their way to be helpful but today was extra and I’m so thankful.
