It pays to shop around. I called a local gas company to see about purchasing the same furnace I have now. That company told me, they were unable to get, Rinnai any more. They wanted to sell me a fireplace. Which I was fine with. A week later with no heat (Since Jan 4th, I was using plug in heaters). I was told the unit wouldn't be in for 3-4 weeks. I really didn't want to be without heat for another month. I called around. After talking to a few different companies I spoke to Pat Caron HTC. Super duper service. I had a spring go on my hot water tank. The over flo valve. Called him. Had service about 1 hour later. They ordered my new Rinnai, Jan 14 it came Jan 19. Installed Jan 20. I am very, very happy.

Big shout out to Devin for answering my call on Sunday when our hot water tank quit. He had us up and running again by noon on Monday for a more than fair price. Service was above and beyond!
