5 stars all around! Anne is a gem. So professional, personable and knowledgeable. She was the perfect person to perform my 1st ever microneedling session. I was anxious after watching so many, not so desirable, video experiences online. She reassured me I would love it, kept me calm and checked in on me throughout the whole procedure to make sure I was doing aok.She was right I loved the procedure and am so excited to see the results over the next few days after just this one session. Plan to do another! I am so thrilled to have found Anne and Dr. Charlebois Aesthetics. Will make this a regular go to in my visits to Cornwall from Ottawa!
