On Friday, January 2nd, 2026 my wife and I were driving our 2015 Toyota Venza from Scarborough, Ontario to Montreal. Around 12:30 pm, about 45 minutes west of Cornwall, Ontario, our check-engine light came on. Full disclosure, we were 3,500 km over the recommended time to replace our oil. Unusual for us ... normally we have the car serviced on schedule by Pickering Toyota. We called Cornwall Toyota and asked for service. They took us right away checked our oil and confirmed it was at proper levels and a good colour. They also checked our tire pressure and confirmed everything was good I asked how much? No charge!

Brought my mom to Cornwall Toyota to upgrade her 2003 Matrix. Being from Ottawa, she went to her dealer local Toyota dealer which serviced her Toyota but only to get a cold shoulder and said she would be on a waiting list for a new Corolla Cross. Myself, being a satisfied previous customer, I introduced her to Mark. He took the time and had her try different vehicles to make sure she was buying the right model. This was her first new car purchase and was pleased with Mark's no pressure, calm demeanor. She is now a proud owner of a new Rav4. Thank you for your patience Mark!

We lost our 4runner in an MVA and wanted to replace it with another one. Cornwall Toyota happened to have a used one in stock in great condition. Mark, Katherine and Vitto were extremely helpful and did everything necessary to make it happen. My wife and I truly appreciate their expertise and thoughtful consideration. A great team that we definitely recommend.
