Kudos to Honda on Brookdale Ave, Cornwall, On. A few weeks ago, we received prompt appointment for new snow tire installment and new rear brakes and rotors. We initially dealt with Matthew & Joe and left our vehicle for them to do the job. An hour later, we realized that we'd inadvertantly left $1000.00 Cdn dollars sitting in the front passenger seat console. I immediately called Matthew who put me on hold to investigate. He returned a few mins later to inform us that YES! the money was there in plain sight and now in his hand in order for him to return to us upon vehicle pick-up. What a huge relief for us. Matt and Dan were very helpful with accommodating my needs for work while my car was being repaired. Everyone was very customer focussed and professional including Mark who made sure the rims had a final super wash and the shuttle service wS pleasant and on time. Thank you to the team for accommodating my work related needs! Congratulations on the opening of the new dealership!

Dan S at Cornwall Honda provided excellent service with clear direction and advice. He always responded quickly to questions and helped us navigate problems so we could get our vehicle back on the road. Some issues were out of his control, such as parts being back ordered but he gave us regular updates via email. Pleasant and super efficient. Very happy customers. Thanks Dan!
