Recently, I bought a new phone. The staff, particularly Will, was very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. I really like my new phone and also appreciate the welcoming store environment.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE i have had in 30yrs. Carla, the manager is quick, honest & goes 5 extra miles to make things seamless & easy for her customers. Don is easily the most patient, friendly & accomodating sales person i have encountered since the 80s (when folks were friendly). He answered all of our questions with a smile, warmth & humour (and we were there over an hour). William is friendly, funny & scary smart/knowledeable. He was also very honest & helped us make an informed decision that fit our budget. He even helped us carry it out to the car. Wish i could give 10 stars.
