If i could give a lesser rating i would. this stuff cannot be made up, we are simply shocked how they can be a repair center for best buy.
23 called geek squad our tv had a pink line running through it. they told us to pick a date from the schedule they provided us with and said its a 8 to 12 appt.wife booked day off. now its a 2 hour drive from cornwall to kingston. by 12 oclock when i called geek squad they said he was over extened at a service call. we had the number and they told us to call them to reschedule. when i get the person on the phone they were busy fixing their tire as they had a flat. i informed them of who we were( a customer in waiting) they said"...read full review

I would give 0 stars if possible the guy did not even come very unprofessional. The guy told me to wait tw days and call him back when he's coming to cornwall, asked a bunch of things like he wanted to help me then the day came and act like he's to busy know, then he's not coming at all because it's not enough money probably . I would not care usually but make someone wait days and then just abandoned the job for no reason horrible
