We had a large bay window installed in 2016. A few weeks ago, Oct 2024, the latch to lock the window broke. I was concerned it would not be covered under warranty but was please to find out it was. I contacted the window company and a service date was scheduled and the technician who did the repair was excellent. This is the one and only issue we have had. I would highly recommend this company and this product.

I’ve looked at a few window manufacturers and realized, Vinylbilt windows and doors was a superior product. Anyone looking for new Windows & Doors? I would highly recommend them.

The windows themselves are great. They are a massive upgrade from my original windows, and now I can sit in our window benches without feeling a draft.Perhaps it's a little harsh, but I'm docking one star for the overall product because of the Vinylbilt stickers that are incredibly difficult - seemingly impossible - to remove without leaving behind lots of stubborn sticker residue.You might say, "Well Andrew, you left them in the sun too long." Perhaps, but first, you have to keep the stickers on until your Greener Homes Grant inspection, and second, the energy star stickers don't suffer from the same issue.When I reached out to the window... read full review
