Kelly and team are phenomenal! I started looking for a safe with very little knowledge, so I was looking for a store with a showroom and (hopefully friendly) staff who can answer my questions and recommend a proper solution. I found Toronto Safes online which had great reviews so I decided to pay them a visit.
As soon as I entered the showroom I was greeted by Kelly who, from start to finished, provided me with the most excellent customer service I can remember. This is very rare these days. The Crew at Toronto Safe were absolutely amazing at helping me to get a safe out of my Grandfathers condo. It was not in an easy place to get out and The guys took their time to get it out(they had to remove a door and trim. You would never know they were there). If you need a safe or need one moved this the crew you want to do it for you. I highly recommend them.
Working with Kelly and Toronto Safes was a very enjoyable experience, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional safe. We had to keep pushing our delivery date back because of delays in our home reno but Kelly was very patient and understanding and worked with our timelines.The delivery crew was very professional and very careful as to not damage my house during the transportation of the safe to it's final destination.
