This year they did their annual maintenance and a couple days later I had a clogged internal pipe that caused a backup in our basement bathroom. Technnician attended immediately, spent a full hour diagnosing and locating the problem by scoping all pipes leading to street and those connecting basement washroom to back water valve. Finally located the problem, took the toilet off, snaked pipes inside, scoped to ensure full cleaning, replaced toilet, cleaned up immaculately. Office called a few hours later, no charge! Class act Company, they didn't have to waive fees that would have easily been $250+ for camera scope, snake and tech time.
