The installer Charles did an excellent job in installing the motor blind. He had previously helped fix a creeping motor in our blinds and suggested replacing it to avoid future issues. This time, he came back with the new motor and installed it perfectly. He was thorough, professional, and genuinely cared about doing the job right.
