I wanted a stand for my new air conditioner/heat pump that was the same width as the unit, because the AC/heat pump combos are about half the width of regular ACs. Even after they had been paid, they found me the right-size stand and replaced the wider one they’d originally installed. They didn’t stop until I was happy with everything.
I had maple air come in to do some routine maintenance and everything was fantastic. Best staff and everything is working great. Thank you.

Im not gonna lie. There was some back and forth on the service of my unit, and I think some miscommunication between me and their team, and their teams amongst each other. As a both a business owner and an accountable member of teams, i get that stuff happens. I get that things are not always smooth, i get that not everyone is perfect, and I get that mistakes can be made. Here's the thing, who cares if the contractor makes up for it and works diligently to make you whole on the work. This is what makes Maple Air so highly regarded, as you can see in these reviews.
