Fast and friendly service from Gail, who assisted in scheduling our appointment. Stefan arrived on schedule within the assigned time window. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He assisted in fixing our pump on the washing machine and taught me a couple of things to help me in the future. Very satisfied.
