One customer mentioned that the technician, Wes, fixed their misaligned fridge doors and settings during the first visit and followed up to ensure everything was working properly. Another customer expressed their satisfaction with the service they received, stating that their not cooling fridge was fixed during the first visit and the technician called to follow up.
