I was diagnosed with C4C5 bulging disc And 2 tears in my right shoulder. My neck was really tight, aching all the time and very restrictive. My shoulder was in constant pain and eventually ran down my arm to my hand. The pain in my neck and arm took up way too much headspace. Because of the pain, I found that my grip strength had really diminished to the point where I had trouble opening and closing jars.
