The team of ladies and gentlemen that work day in and day out at this Barbershop are nothing short of incredible. I’ve personally known one of the owners (Heidi) for years. She, along with her team have given Collingwood something very unique. Not just a place to get a haircut but a place that goes above and beyond to ensure the customer feels better when the leave then when they arrived. Have a beer while you wait. Play some foosball. Watch some tv….oh ya and when it’s all done don’t pass up on a nice hot steam towel with a scalp massage. I can’t say enough about this group of hard working girls and guys. Hey fellas…and ladies go and experience something unique. You won’t be disappointed.
We all know that trying to coordinate two kids' appointments at the same time can be a challenge, so I was thrilled when they were able to accommodate us when we walked in on Friday after forest school! To pass the time while we waited for our stylists, my youngest and I worked on perfecting our foosball skills. My son had been growing his hair long but it had become increasingly unmanageable - he drew inspiration from young Keanu Reeves and luckily the team of experienced stylists did not disappoint; they gave him an awesome cut. Unfortunately due to lack of experience, one apprentice wasn't able to execute my older sons vision- however no worries as some seasoned pros swooped in and made sure everyone left with a smile plus added a couple of free products! Overall this first visit definitely exceeded expectations – mistakes happen yet their commitment towards customer satisfaction won’t go unnoticed; next appointment is already marked down!
