Needed an analysis of my vehicle to understand what issues were prevalent. they gave me a read out and check the U joints and gave me their honest opinion on what the problems are. Unfortunately they are not equipped to do the work on my vehicle due to the nature of parts needed and the design of the vehicle. Super honest, helpful and accommodating! I had an issue with a vehicle many years ago and after fighting with the dealership I brought it to Mckenzies. They had my vehicle for the day and let me know what the issue was, that it was under a recall, that the dealership should fix it because of the recall, even printed me out all the information - and wouldn’t take any money. That level of service stuck with me and I have recommended them many times. They replaced my brakes today for a fair price with excellent service.
