Alan was the most professional sounding of the four places I reached out to with regards to replacing a broken phone screen. He detailed what he needed from me, the cost & the timeframe, that it was better to set up an appointment rather than drop in and all was handled very quickly, politely and again, the most professional in his approach. He was on time to meet with me and the phone was ready exactly when he said it would be. He gave me some tips and pointers and was extremely polite and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend him!

This is our 3rd or 4th experience with Georgian Tri-Tel Communications and every time they have exceeded my expectations. My latest experience started with a call to Georgian Tri-Tel late Sunday afternoon. I got an immediate call back and was able to drop the phone off that evening. There were 2 issues and both were solved even though we weren't able to provide all the necessary information. Al's experience and persistence solved the passcode issue and repaired the broken screen all within 24 hours - and at a very fair price. I highly recommend Georgian Tri-Tel.
