We’ve been here twice now. Both times walking in late into the evening and there was no one ahead of us. The service is has been incredible both times. The women that work there are nothing short of amazing. So gentle, patient and kind. My son is 2 years old, so doesn’t always corporate and they just went with him. Absolutely stunning cut on his curly head. Big thanks to the team there! 10/10 looking forward to our next visit.

I thought trimming 2 inches off a long bob would be easy for a stylist. She cut as if it was her first day on the job. She didn't blend the ends at all. Just chopped it off. There are a couple of longer tufts sticking out from underneath here and there. Not worth the $27. I won't go back

When I went in I was told it would be a 25 minute wait and only taking walk ins. That was fine as I had an medical appointment in an hour. I wait for the 25 minutes and when I thought was my turn she takes the person that came in after me apparently because she had booked an appointment online. It would have been nice to be informed of this when I was told only a 25 minute wait. I ended up walking out because of my appointment. I will not be returning to that location but I did go to the Balsam St location. I should of went to Sport Clips instead
