Doug is without doubt the best flooring guy on earth. He is quick, reliable, professional and as a plus he is a great guy. His prices are great too. He has refinished our floors twice over the past 15 or 20 years (the second time after 3 dogs and 3 cats had practically destroyed it) and the floor looks perfect.
