We moved to the area in the Fall 2022. Looked for a good colorist/haircut place. This is a hidden gem ? in Cobourg. I highly recommend Goggin’s Family Hair care Cobourg. Went to Goggins for the first time today. Katarina did an amazing job, we tried two different lengths to figure out what would look best. I'm very happy with the cut and style.
