Friendly Fires Belleville is very welcoming and has a great feeling when walk in. There staff is very friendly they have a beautifull pup that welcomes in. This is the place you want to go for all your grilling, smoking and pizza oven needs. They also have beautifull wood stoves and fire pits too. great prices and service
I needed some parts for my wood burner and had ordered them online from Friendly Fires. My closest location was Peterborough and I live an hour and a half away. While I was working on my stoves door I ended up breaking the handle and was in desperate need of a replacement. I called them right away and was able to get the parts I needed and they had my ordered package pulled aside and waiting for me when I arrived to get the other stuff I needed. The whole experience was painless and pleasant. While I was there I discovered they also carry brands of other stoves that I will need parts for someday. Needless to say they will be getting my business for any of my woodstove needs in the future. On top of all that, they had the cutest little door greeter I’ve ever seen (the small dog that came trotting over to me upon entering) which is never a bad thing.
I must say it was an absolute pleasure and would like to extend my compliments. Very patient and professional technician. The work he did is nothing less than fantastic. I will say we have 5 dogs, and specifically 1 of them is a great judge of character. Jenny and I have never seen our dog behave that way with guests. It's not just the excellent service we received, it's simply uncanny how the dogs behaved. And it really is their fireplace...
