Unorganized and extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend! Steve appears friendly and confident but it's all talk. The nature of his business is renting out a product that gets used and returned. He did not refund our security deposit even though we went through every form and returned them in the same, if not better, condition than what they came in. He was short on calculations for how much material was needed after detailed drawings were given and numerous conversations to go over plans. We ended up having to buy our own material to compensate for what was missing. He forgot to bring the right size bars and we had make due with oversized ones or were told to cut our...read full review
