Good selection, Friendly staff. Clean store. Can easily make purchases through the app and pick up in store when it's more convenient. The lockers are very easy to access your online purchases.

I had a bad experience with a trailer of mine. Flat tire. The gentleman in the service area was at first reluctant to help, but when I explained to him that I'm from Kingston and no way of repairing. He was quickly to help. Thank you for the great service and help.

I've rated Canadian Tire Cobourg a 5 out of 5 star rating not because it's local to me but because they have always came through for me and the staff are helpful, engaging and courteous. My most resent trip their involved a return of a product that I purchased in-store before the last wave of lockdown, and without a receipt. Not only did they return it but they did so without question and at full return value. Having said that they were able to locate the purchase through my rewards card but still it was painless.
