I can not say enough about how happy I am with Keenan and Ben who just did a whole bathroom remodel for me. They provided design ideas and colors and it came out beautiful, like my own little spa. I so love my new bathroom. As well I was so comfortable with them being in my home, and was kinda sad to see them leave. I would 100% recommend Clauson Custom Homes for anybody looking to have any sort of work done. I will definitely be going to Keenan again for future work. Long Overdue Review! Jim and Don and their team helped us with an addition to our home and a new deck - among many other projects - in 2016 and 2017. In summary, we cannot say enough good things about the experience but will highlight a few here. Their overall approach is extremely professional. They are thorough in their quoting and estimate phase and communicate well throughout the entire process. Their work approach and ethic is textbook efficiency, working as a team quickly but with precision and always communicating well to not waste their time (and our money). They finished each phase on schedule, never exhibiting the "normal" behaviour of contractors with constant delays and excuses. Also, they had in-depth experience and knowledge and offered us options at every turn, allowing us to decide on the direction given price and quality. While their price was not the cheapest quote we received, they were by no means "expensive". I would say they offered outstanding value for the money. And, while it may be shocking to few readers, never had any surprise costs. A few years later, our deck literally looks like it was installed yesterday and we have had no issues with the construction of our addition. Called CAA and a gentleman (I believe it was Dwight) from Kawatha Garage showed up with a flat bed and brought me and my car from Kirkfield to my mechanic all the way in Mississauga. He knows the roads around the city better than I do! Excellent service, professional, and friendly.
