Cody quoted us a price for a basement lowering and a new addition foundation. Was very good at communicating and having answers for our questions. Timeline for work was reasonable as well.
But then we paid the large deposit, this is where he stopped answering phone calls or texts for weeks on end. Told us he would be at our place for demo at certain times so prepared for his arrival, never showed. Said he was 10 mins away several times, never showed, stopped answering. I ended up doing the demo for the addition myself and piling everything in the backyard.
Debris sat in the back for a month before he took it away over 2 more weeks.... read full review
