Super pleased with the service. The technician was here within an hour of my calling for service (although realistically this may not always be possible). Courteous, professional and knowledgeable technician. Promptly diagnosed the problem and we now have a functioning furnace again. They’ve earned and deserve all the positive reviews.Edit: Ended up needing a new furnace (old one was on borrowed time). They had to re-configure the venting to be more effecient. Furnace is quiet. Guys were careful not to damage anything bringing stuff in, and removing the old furnace.Very satified.
