Hayden Glasier attended at my cottage property to service my furnace and air conditioner which were not working properly - furnace kept shutting down. He expertly diagnosed the problem in a short period of time. In my view the problem was not something that is common, so kudos to Hayden. And thank you Hayden for being prompt and polite. I am very pleased to have solved this problem without having to replace my furnace.
Had one of the service tech come to the house the other day, he was very polite , took his boots off , even though we told he did not have to , Fix the furnace , told us what was wrong and all is working great now
