FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! I’m so impressed with the team at Elite Windows and Doors. Shay was extremely accommodating, and kind. There were no hidden fees. What he told me we would be paying is what we paid. The communication with this company is phenomenal, and we felt comfortable with the whole process from start to finish. They didn’t try to sell us on products we didn’t need, which was very appreciated. Will be using them for all our door and window needs in the future :) thanks !
What a great experience!Shay was so kind when he came out to look over our windows and give us a quote.We called around to get pricing, and although Elite was a little more expensive it was so worth it. After meeting with Shay and speaking with the receptionist, we knew they were the business we wanted to deal with. The team was so friendly, and made sure we were taken care of.Jamie and Christian were at our house for three days installing our new windows. Christian was great with our kids, he made them laugh, had conversations with them, and really made the experience great. We've been slowly replacing all of our windows and exterior doors as our budget allows; we're happy to have chosen Elite Windows & Doors for each project. Shay's sales support is top-notch and Pete's workmanship is impeccable. We're starting to run out of things to replace, but should we need anything else, we know who to call. Would recommend Elite Windows & Doors to any Chatham homeowners in need of a refresh or replacement.
