Had Superior plumbing come told me I need a new sub pump at a cost of $2450.00 plumb tech came and then had their boss come No charge and are coming back to glue my PVC pipe No charge. My sub pump is working great not broken and talked to me about other excavate jobs to put in French drain said I don't need it. Could fix piping made incorrectly on a drywell I had done at the back of my yard but even then said not going to work since the check valve would freeze in the winter. Just leave it . Plumb Tech performed our storm sewer line repair. Upon calling they were very prompt to reply and send out service crew to assess problem. Utility locates were performed and service date promptly arranged the following week. Workers arrived on time, very courteous, professional, keeping us in the loop with findings and repairs required. Job completed same day, crew followed next day to remove access dirt and property clean up. Pleased with workers and job performed.
