Either shows up late or not at all. Makes you pay before he will do the work but doesn't finish this work. I hope he doesn't have a tender with the City of Quinte West. He seemed like a nice enough guy but he clearly likes to take your money and run. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Martin's Construction & Demolition went above and beyond when they tore down my old garage and laid the concrete foundation for the new mobile home. I would definitely look to them first for any future projects and would highly recommend them. Friendly, professional, efficient, and exceptionally high quality work!
We recently contracted Martin’s to demolish an old house. Dwight was knowledgeable about the required permits and process. He facilitated completion and submission of forms. From hello, to the end of the site cleanup, we were always kept informed about what was happening and when it would happen. We received prompt replies to our questions. All work was completed as scheduled and as expected. We sincerely appreciated Dwight’s positive and professional approach. Thank you Dwight!.
