Town & Country Water Systems provides excellent service and reliable solutions. They assessed the customer's water needs, tested for chemicals, and recommended a water softener without any upselling. The installation was fast, and the pricing was competitive compared to national suppliers. However, the customer had an issue with a pressure tank purchased from a different brand, Amtrol, which failed within three years, requiring the customer to pay for labor despite the warranty.
Great service, assessed my need for water softener, and checked for the presence of other chemicals. Only a softener was required, there was no up-sell and test results were described. Installation was fast. I recommend Frank to anyone who needs their water tested and an appropriate solution provided. Pricing was great and beat other national suppliers.
No issues with Town and Country but I purchased the Well Xtrol pressure tank from Amtrol. In only three years the tank failed. It's under warranty but had to pay for labour. Amtrol refuses to pay for the labour. Products like this should last longer than 3 years.
