We have just had a propane fireplace insert installed by Shane and Kerry from Top Hat. They were outstanding. From the moment they came to the house they were friendly and professional. Their craftsmanship was first rate. Their made to measure adjustment for our unique fitment made the final presentation a masterpiece.Shadow thought they were nice too.Highly recommended.

The reason for 4 stars wasn't the service. Read on:I've been using their services for approximately 10 years now. Used them in Kanata when i had my AC and furnace serviced as well as having our wood chimney cleaned and inspected.Moved to Carleton Place since and have used them to service furnace, AC, gas fireplace, and recently had ducts cleaned.Jay and Drew crushed it. Both were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They explained everything they'd done as well as shown me (item permitting, i.e., maintaining HVAC filters). The process of the installation of our gas stove was very professional. The salesman was very informative and pleasant to deal with. The installers were well knowledge with their product and installation was completed by the estimated time.
