Kevin helped us search over 30 homes in a single day before landing on an accepted offer. His personality, humor and compassion helped make the hunt much easier. Furthermore, he kept constantly in touch with us through moving day ensuring everything went without issue and helping keep the stress of moving as low as possible. Kevin is absolutely amazing to work with !! He has so much knowledge and experience in this area and he is always willing to help out and answer any questions. Even at 11 at night. He is a true gem and helped us find our dream home after months of searching. He was so patient with us and never made us feel like we were annoying him or bothering him when we spent 6 months if not more looking for our home. He dealt with us while I was pregnant and post partum and that right there deserves an award!!! He also helped us sell our home and was amazing to work with during that process as well. He explained everything to us in a way that we actually understood and walked us through every step. His team does amazing work at staging, photos and videos. He helps with explaining how to get the house ready before the staging so that you know exactly what to expect. I could not recommend this company enough. When and if we decide to sell and buy again there is no question about it I will be calling Kevin!!
