Very knowledgeable tech and on time!

Thankfully, Comfort Pro was able to provide us a quick estimate without the pressure sales techniques we had experienced from the previous companies we contacted. Steve Greatrex was knowledgeable, patient, and very kind. He explained everything to us and gave us the space we needed to compare pricing and products. Our installation was quickly scheduled and the two gentlemen, who worked all day in +35, were amazing! They were able to get the AC up and running that day even though it was a huge undertaking! Daniel Larmon was one of the two who came back to finish the installation of our furnace a day later, he was kind, professional, knowledgeable and took the time to care about my preferences. He walked me through the new equipment and was caring enough to ensure that there was no mess left behind! Even from his work boots, which my husband NEVER does! Great Job Guys!!! A very professional knowledgeable man - Allan - made absolutely sure my concern was investigated and the minor adjustment made. He also made an effort to reassure me. I would recommend Comfort Pro for sure!
