I want to thank the wonderful nurses that came to my home for post surgery wound and infection care. Top notch personable and caring nurses. So why did I not give 5 stars? It only takes one bad apple go spoil a bushel and Dawn of Bayshore CP is that bad apple. Her demeanor, overtalking and arguing, no compassion, using words like "Too bad" and "Figure it out", badgering, and just rude, rude, rude. I had nurses coming into my home daily but because I went outside for a few hours one day, Dawn decided I was perfectly mobile and she said "she made the decision to cancel in-home care and that I'd have to go into Smith's Falls daily."... read full review
