I wish I could give 10 stars! What exceptional service from this team. Manny helped us choose our flooring and navigate the insurance process with so much care and consideration. The installers did incredible work, paying such great attention to detail! It feels like a brand new home! The flooring we choose is high end porcelain. I was nervous about it since we previously had natural stone but we wanted more durable flooring that was easier to maintain. Patrick is fantastic! When I started shopping for luxury vinyl, most of people I spoke to were reasonably knowledgeable, then I went to Sarmazian Flooring in Cambridge.I had the good fortune of meeting Patrick who was the associate that ended up helping me navigate my options. I went with a determinant mindset as to the type of vinyl flooring I wanted and he respected that, but he also asked me why I wanted the characteristics inherent in the product I wanted. Our new hardwood flooring is absolutely stunning. The install folks did such a great job and were very quick. We have received many comments about how great the floors look.As an additional note, I kind of wish sales was more attentive and followed up when I went in to choose the flooring, though I realize they are busy folks. I had to do a lot of reading on my own about what I wanted. Other than that they were very friendly and knowledgeable when directly asked for answers to questions I could not find on my own.
