Excellent service! We had Jesse McLean a sales advisor from Reliance come over to our home and gave us a quote for an AC, osmosis drinking system & water softener. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. We had the Reliance crew come over to our house the following day to install all the equipment. Amazing job everyone! Thank you so much! You guys deserve the five ⭐️s.
It was a very great experience with technician, B.Singh. He replaced the water heater for us very efficiently, and he was extremely professional plus courteous. I'm highly impressed.
We had reliance come out as our water has been cloudy for a few months now. The service man was polite and professional and tried to problem solve and even had another colleague drop by to assess the situation. My only issue is that a few days later, we found our sump pump unplugged, which was probably by accident but very risky as there was a heavy rainfall a few days after we discovered this. I am just glad my husband saw it.
