Plumber (Mohammad K) arrived on time and was very courteous. After a very thorough investigation, concluded that not a plumbing leak but rather a leak in the foundation. No charge for the service call!
Had a company come in to install a new dishwasher the company opened water valves that didn’t have to be touched when they were ready to turn the water back on there was a flood in my kitchen and they said they couldn’t continue and said I needed a plumber before they could continue and they left leaving everything in the middle of my kitchen - I contacted Mr Rooter Garret arrived looked and what needed to be done gave me the estimate and once approved got to work after 2 1/2 hrs work and explaining along the way he had my kitchen back in working condition and dishwasher installed. Macharo was super helpful and found our problem to be fixed super easily. I didn't feel like I was being deceived like many bigger companies tend to do. Super honest and would have back again to do some work. Thank you again!
